Meet the Wilsons
David and Christy Wilson founded Wilson Executive Group to help organizations develop their people. Together, they bring experience in business leadership, education and organizational effectiveness to practical training and coaching tailored to each client.
David Wilson
Co-Founder & CEO
David brings a background in sales and marketing leadership at UPS to his work developing leaders and teams. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he combines business experience with a practical focus on communication, accountability and organizational performance.
As an adjunct management and marketing professor, David connects workplace experience with learning that people can apply. His work at Wilson Executive Group centers on customized programs for stronger teamwork and leadership.
Outside work, David enjoys beekeeping, cycling, travel and hiking with Christy and their German Shepherd, Wilson.
Christy Wilson
Co-Founder & CEO
Christy brings experience in education, curriculum management and organizational effectiveness to Wilson Executive Group. Her background includes owning a Language and Culture Center and serving as a principal in an organizational psychology firm.
She applies that experience to leadership development and learning programs designed around how people and organizations work. Her focus is helping clients strengthen teamwork and develop practical capabilities.
Christy also leads Christy Hayes Counseling. Outside work, she enjoys community involvement, beekeeping and cycling with David.
